Everyone had a great time @ the picnic and was absolutely amazed that they didn’t have to do anything but “Enjoy”. The kids for sure had a great time. I was a bit concerned wondering if any of the kids would ask to go to the playground which was just down from us but I don’t think one kid asked to go. They were too busy with the games. That is fantastic. I have had employees stop by my office and thank me for planning the picnic that it was “Fabulous”. They really had a good time. Once again, you guys are amazing and definitely took the worry out of planning this picnic for me as well as the owners. We will be posting on our website and FB Page and will definitely add a “High Five” to Sports Fun Corporate Events for your participation and the awesome job by your staff.

The food was great. There were many compliments from our attendees. Your staff was excellent – service with a smile. We are always treated like family. We had great participation. The Money Machine was a hit! The music was great and the DJ was wonderful. I want to tell you, we have recommended Sports Fun Events to several people and would do so anytime. We had a great event and everyone really enjoyed it. Thank you all @ Sports Fun. This is the 4th time we have worked together and have never been disappointed.

I want to thank you so much for a wonderful luncheon. Your team that you sent were excellent. They worked flawlessly together and had everything ready to go right on schedule. I got feedback from a lot of the folks here about how good the food was. The next time I will just have to remember the vegetarians and get some veggie burgers/dogs. But that was my error, not yours. Thanks again for everything you and your team did to help us make our company luncheon a success.

As usual, the food was great but we sure missed the smell of the BBQ. (East wind pushed the great oak smoke smell off the beaches). Again, I give your staff 10′s – They were great! There was a lot of participation which was fun & exciting for everyone. DJ Ben was so funny and he kept things very lively. The picnic site was excellent – it’s our favorite place to have a corporate event. YES! I WOULD RECOMMEND Sports Fun – you take care of everything, every year. There was great comments from the employees – they really enjoyed the day and everyone stayed until the end!

The food on the buffet was great, fresh, and hot!! Your staff, Leigh, Brandyn and all the rest did a great job helping and leading the event. All of the activities, Golfzilla, the rock wall, the bounces, the caricature artist, seemed well liked and were used (all day). The DJ, Brandyn, did a fabulous job selecting music and “herding” the masses with his announcements. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend you – you guys make everything seamless & easy. This was a GREAT (&) FANTASTIC experience. Nothing but compliments up through our vice-president and general manager.

The buffet was fully stocked at all times and decorated nicely to fit the season. The quality of the food was great! The staff was more than willing to help out the entire day. The bounce house is always great for the kids and they really enjoyed the games and the fact that they could win prizes. I enjoyed the fact that I could basically make one phone call and everything was set up for me and all I had to do was show up at the picnic. Everyone was very pleased with how the picnic turned out and we will use your services again next year.

Just wanted to say that Brandyn and the rest of the team did a PHENOMENAL job with our company picnic. Brandyn was energetic, and in tune with the want/needs of the group in terms of activities – and he was VERY helpful to the volunteers in terms of helping us set up/breakdown (banners, decorations, etc.)… The food was delicious (and plentiful)… Our employees had nothing but GREAT things to say about the event. Thank you so much for your professionalism and attention to detail – We WILL be using your services again!
PS – I cannot say enough about Brandyn – he was GREAT. (My committee has requested that we have the EXACT SAME CREW next year!…. )

Everyone loved the food – many comments about how delicious it was. The staff you sent out, everyone from the coordinator to the DJ and the kitchen crew was extremely nice. There should be no changes to the itinerary. There was enough variety to satisfy all ages. And specifically on the DJ, the music choices and announcements were both very good. I would absolutely recommend Sports Fun to any potential client of yours. Everything was perfect.

OK… I have to first say that the picnic was a GREAT success….again. The coordinator was great and checked with me often and the RIBS…were out of this world!!! So many people raved about them. Really fantastic. The staff was so friendly, the games were great, all was great. I will so recommend your company to anyone that asks…because that was truly EFFORTLESS! I got a great response from the employee survey on Brandyn, the DJ. As far as the location, shelter #9 is a perfect location in the perfect park for this event – I wouldn’t change the location. I have given your company name and number to a colleague as a reference as I would highly recommend Sports Fun. Overall, a great day! Most said it was the best yet!

The food was excellent! Especially the chicken I was given to take home. Everything tasted so good! This location was much better than the previous place. Thanks very much for the idea. Brandyn & Kelli are terrific! Great personalities and good with the children – it was like seeing family again! I saw lots of volleyball – horseshoes – kids games….. something was always going on. Regarding our DJ Ben – He was awesome! What a wonderful person – quick & witty.

All of the food was fresh and the quality was excellent. Your entire staff was very friendly & helpful. Everyone enjoyed all of the activities. Everything was coordinated properly. The DJ’s music was fun and upbeat and helped with all of the announcements. We loved the location at Medard Park – thanks for the suggestion! The site was selected by me, but Sports Fun was very proactive regarding previewing the site and working with the park staff. My family thought it was the most fun they’ve had at a picnic. I especially thought the people that were working that day were wonderful – the ladies helping with games (they knew everyone’s names – amazing) and the caricature artist – WOW! The food was excellent, the location was grand and the activities were excellent! Thank you all so much!
My family and I had a wonderful time. The venue was great and the activities kept us kids of all ages very entertained. I absolutely loved the caricatures.

“Everyone raved about the food – and there was plenty of it. Harley was always asking if everything was OK and if he could do anything for us – great staff! For the activities, Kellie was great with the kids. She has a great smile and personality. Our DJ, Brandyn, made it fun giving out the prizes. He joked with our guests and he fit right in. At our company luncheons, retirement parties, etc., it seems like I am always “working” to make sure all goes well. But at the picnic I actually got to relax and enjoy myself. I had no worries!
