CHILDCARE TRAINING WORKSHOPS
Creating United Staffs of America! – Team building for childcare employees (2 hour workshop)
Do you have a “team” of teachers at your center or just a group of employees? How well do you know your staff… or better yet… how well do they know each other? It’s clear that childcare employees have a multitude of training opportunities made available to improve teaching skills, classroom management and understanding child behavior. But, how are your employees with demonstrating verbal and non-verbal communication skills with fellow staff members as well as the parents of the children they teach.
This workshop is designed to build a unified happy staff that works together for the common goal of having a successfully run childcare center. This two hour workshop includes large and small group activities that are created to challenge participants mentally, physical and verbally in order to work together as a team. Ice breakers, scavenger hunts, blindfolding, hula hooping and whole lot of fun is the strategy for success in this one-of-a-kind team building workshop.
“Fitness Made Fun” – Playground games for children ages 3 – 12 (2 hour workshop)
Outside playtime should be fun for teachers – not a chore! By learning crazy updated games and activities to entertain children of all ages, you can become the favorite teacher on the playground! This workshop will teach you how to turn movie characters and super heroes into action packed tag games and non-stop fun. You will also find out how far minimal equipment needs and a little creativity will take you. Organized play outside can not only be fun and exciting but it can also create FIT and Healthy kids (and adults too). Come prepared to play outside like you haven’t done in years!
WORKSHOPS ARE AVAILABLE BEGINNING IN SEPTEMBER.
- HELD CONVENIENTLY, AT YOUR CENTER WITH YOUR CHOICE OF TIME AND WEEKDAY OR NIGHT.
- $15.00 PER PERSON FOR EACH 2 HOUR TRAINING WORKSHOP – NO CHARGE FOR DIRECTORS.
- CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETED TRAINING COURSE GIVEN AT THE END OF EACH WORKSHOP
