They offer games and activities that help nurture the positive aspects of people in a company. There will probably be fees and hassles associated with this method but it could be worth it if you are stuck and need further assistance.

SPORTS FUN is proud to present a spectacular summer program! This 30 minute weekly sports class is jam packed with crazy games, fitness challenges and sports activities that are guaranteed to bring out the athlete in every child. Through exercise, we want to teach children of all ages that fitness can be fun!

Below you will find our summer curriculum.

“Fit-op-poly” -Using a fitness board game played with over-sized dice, each child competes to improve
their own fitness level through exercise challenges and movement skills. Game On!

Super Soccer – This game of soccer is super because we use two, three, sometimes four balls during a
single game! Kids have to stay on their toes and use their feet wisely in this game of ability and
dexterity.

Wacky Relay Races – Can you say ‘relay races with a twist’? We’ve come up with the craziest items using
everything but the kitchen sink incorporated into our ‘wacky relays’. The kids will come back asking for
more!

Personal Fitness Tests – Using an age appropriate Sports Fun fitness test, based on the Presidential
Fitness Challenge, the children will be inspired to create a healthier body that is strong and
responsive.

Bandana Ball – Teams compete to grab bandanas from their opponents while trying to out run them to
the safety line! Team work and sportsmanship are imperative to win this game!

Kooky Kickball -Throw out the old rules of kickball and roll in the new! No one stands around in the
outfield waiting for a ball – everyone must handle the ball before stopping the kicker from scoring! Play
Ball!

Partner Stunts – Pick a Partner and get ready to show how you can work together through movement
skills, following directions, showing speed and flexibility all the while keeping it fun and safe at the same
time!

Ultimate Frisbee – Frisbees for EVERYONE! Throw for distance, throw for accuracy, throw to team mates
and hit the targets! Get your Frisbee on!

Sports Circuit – The circuit consists of 10 or more stations which include sports equipment and different
items used in each of the weekly curriculum challenges. Students will replicate skills they’ve learned in
this Summer of Fitness and Fun culminating station rotation.
